Job Description

As a Restaurant Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. This role involves taking customer orders, serving food and drinks, and assisting with various kitchen and front-of-house tasks. Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and POS operations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move objects as required by the role.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
