Job Description

The Finance Manager (Healthcare) is responsible for managing the financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes within the healthcare organization. This role involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are desirable but not required.
